Happy Friday! I decided to do a video this morning rather than the normal writing because I have too much content in my backlog and some of these things just need to get out.
In this video I share my framework defining the boundaries between information, relationship, and collaboration. I’ve written a reference article that goes into more detail, but the key for today is the definition of relationship.
